The core mission of the Marine Corps League Auxiliary is to promote the interests of the U.S. Marine Corps and the Marine Corps League, while protecting and advancing the welfare of Marines, veterans, and their families.

Regular Members: Includes wives, widows, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, granddaughters, stepmothers, stepsisters, daughters-in-law, aunts, nieces, mothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law of a current or former Marine, a U.S. Navy FMF (Fleet Marine Force) Corpsman, or an FMF Navy Chaplain, as well as all Women Marines.

Associate Members: Includes women who do not meet the specific family or service relationship requirements for regular membership but wish to join the organization.
